The Sheffield Headshot Photographer….

Welcome to my Headshots Mini Site. I am working on getting this line of work set up in it’s own separate site, so thanks for baring with me for now.

“There is no way around it,
your web presence is how you
and your organisation are perceived.”

In this world of social media and constant virtual interaction, people viewing your online presence make immediate judgements about you instantly. You effectively live or die on this first impression. This is why all of your client facing profile picture should be on point and represent you as a professional person. And if you take this thought process a step further, your company lives and dies by the profile pictures of your staff. And if you are going for that dream job with the killer salary, what are your potential future employers going to look at first to put a face to your CV? There is no way around it, your web presence is how you and your organisation are perceived.

Whether it’s LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, clients and recruiters are looking you up to put a face to your reputation. You need a professional photo to best market yourself online. It humanises you, and differentiates your real profile from Internet bots. Investing a bit of time and money into this really important asset makes sense. Stu Ganderton is The Headshot Photographer in Sheffield and surrounding areas. I developed a style that is easy for you to follow and makes the entire process fun. I can shoot in studio, or travel to your site if there is a large number of employees.

The Stu Ganderton studio headshot sessions are shot in my Treeton studio and our individual sessions last approximately an hour in length. We generally shoot a handful of different looks for our clients during the session. Shooting a range of looks over the course of the session allows us to get a variety of shots for your use allowing you to mix up the shots for whatever marketing purposes you choose.

Part of my process is to edit the session with you as you go. We will inspect each shot one by one with you to determine whether or not you will potentially use an image or not. By shooting and editing in this manner we can adjust the focus of the shots during the session to account for anything we feel we may have missed along the way. You’ll leave knowing exactly what you will be working with when you walk out of the studio by having gone through the entire session and kept only the images that have met your approval along the way.

The approved shots will be made available on your own password protected proofing website. The images are usually posted before you leave the studio or shortly thereafter. You will be able to give the password to anyone who might help you choose the shots you decide to use. Once the session is over then it’s your responsibility to work with the images that we decided to keep during your session. Should you decide to return and cover anything you feel we may have missed then you can take advantage of our returning client fee.
